How can you help the Cuban Five who are imprisoned in the United States?
The most important way to assist is by demanding to the United States government that the Cuban Five receive a fair and just trial, as is their right, in accordance with the laws of the United States that have been violated in this case.
In recognition of this, the panel of the 11th Circuit Court of Atlanta revoked the sentences of the accused and ordered a new trial be granted in August 2005. This was previosuly ratified by the United Nations Arbitrary Detention Group in May 2005, which declared that the Cuban Five were arbitrary prisoners.
The Right of family visits. Request immediately grant Humanitarias Visas to Olga Salanueva y Adriana Perez, wives of federal prisoners Rene Gonzalez and Gerardo Hernandez respectively.
